CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Heathmont Honey website. We hope that visiting our website and shopping on our on-line store is an enjoyable experience. By using our website you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS

All goods remain the property of Heathmont Honey until payment has been received in full. If a product you buy from us is not as described or as you perceived, you are able to obtain a full refund within 7 days of receiving the goods and after the goods are returned to us in its complete, unopened and unused condition.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Quarantine restrictions may apply to honey and honey products.
TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb or raw beeswax into Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania.
WA: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, the following products cannot be shipped to Western Australia. All Honey (liquid & creamed), honeycomb, all honey gift packs, beeswax candles, beeswax, Honey lip balm.

PRICING

Your payment is taken at check out and you will be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering, excluding delivery. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change any price of any products at any time. We fully honour all of our commitments, however, Heathmont Honey shall not be liability for any changes or errors in pricing and we are not bound to fulfill orders priced as such.

SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping of $11.50 on all orders delivered to a single Australian mailing address. Only delivery to Australian residential and business addresses are accepted. Orders over $75 receive free delivery to a single Australian address.

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days if the items are in stock. In the case of any stock shortfall or lead times, we will contact you to advise the details as such. Heathmont Honey will take good care with your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, we take no responsibility for broken goods during transit that are beyond our control.

We supply and despatch our products to Australian addresses using couriers such as Sendle or Australian Post Parcel Service. Estimated delivery times vary, please visit their websites for addition information.

We ship and track orders and a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card will be left explaining the options for redelivery or collection of your parcel. If you would like your delivery to be left in a secure place without the need for a signature you can specify this in the delivery comments section of the order. This acts as an “authority to leave”.

LOST AND / OR DAMAGED

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the shipping company once goods have left our premise. Heathmont Honey doesn’t accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is an obligation of the purchaser to ensure the delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in goods incorrectly delivered or goods undelivered and without compensation. Heathmont Honey does not accept responsibility or liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sorry, at this stage we only ship to an Australian address.

QUALITY CONCERNS

We take great pride in the quality and condition of our honey and honey products, these should reach you in the best possible condition. If you think there is a fault with an item that you have received, please contact us immediately. Contact details are provided at the bottom of each web page, or alternatively use the form on the contact us page.

CANCELLATIONS

You are able to cancel your order if it has been submitted and paid for. However, once orders are shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

REFUNDS

In the event that your product does not match its description, or the product is faulty, then a refund will be made by the original payment method or a replacement offered. Please choose carefully when selecting your items. There is no refund when you change your mind or where you make an error with your order. Requests for a refund must be given to Heathmont Honey within 7 days of delivery and with a valid reason. There is no refund offered on sale items. Refunds are made at our discretion.

EXCHANGE POLICY

As a food and skincare business, we are unable to accept returned product as we cannot be sure if it has been tampered with or opened. We only send a replacement for faulty stock once the original product is returned and we thorough assess the returned goods to determine if they qualify for replacement. Requests for an exchange must be given to Heathmont Honey within 7 days of delivery.
