Yarra Valley Blossom honey is a natural blend of many fine honey varieties that the bees collected during late spring and early summer. The major varieties include: Prickly Tea Tree (Leptospermum continentale), Melaleuca and Cottoneaster. It is sweet and palatable with a delicious slightly earthy flavour. Try drizzling over grapefruit, cereals or toast. This honey will candy readily, often in 4 weeks during the cooler months.
