Heathmont Honey is a family beekeeping business located in Victoria, Australia. We specialise in regional bush varieties of honey, local suburban honey and specialist honey products.
Our bees are maintained in excellent health by good beekeeping practices that has the beehives best interest at heart and therefore produces a wholesome, pure and chemical free product. Our hives have a permanent home in Northern Country of Victoria but holiday in the mountains, at the beach and sometimes experience the wild flowers of the desert and Mallee country.
Honey is intended to be a premium quality product. With minimal and room temperature processes, we harvest, spin, strain and pack the honey. Simple processes. This results in our honey retaining all its naturally occurring flavours, aroma, enzymes, nutrients and antibacterial properties. Nature intended honey to be raw so we keep it this way.
Single species of eucalyptus trees mean that different flowers produce distinctive flavours and every jar is unique. These honeys are single variety.
